3 Account Registration

4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
The following methods can be used to deposit funds at zy999: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300 (three hundred taka).
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). All withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit. zy999 may hold a withdrawal until any additional verification is completed if required.
The wagering requirements of any active bonus must be met before a withdrawal request is processed. If wagering is not completed, the bonus balance will be cancelled and the original deposit can be withdrawn.
4.3 Currency
All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.
5 Bonuses and Promotions

- Minimum deposit of ৳300.
- Bonus wagering requirement: 15 times (15x) — meaning the bonus amount multiplied by 15 must be wagered.
- The time limit to complete the wagering will be determined by the specific terms applicable to the account.

5.2 VIP Program
zy999's VIP program has three tiers, and weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback

- Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback
VIP tier upgrades are based on consistent play and active participation on the platform. Additional benefits and special offers apply upon advancing to a higher tier.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses are only usable for gaming on zy999 and cannot be withdrawn directly.
- zy999 reserves the right to change, cancel, or suspend any promotion at any time.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
- Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already active — unless permitted under specific terms.
6 Gaming Rules

6.2 Technical Issues
If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, server issue, or connection disruption during play, the relevant bet amount will be returned to the member's account. zy999 is not obligated to pay any incorrect winning amounts displayed due to a technical error.
6.3 Bet Limits
Specific minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and each bonus. If the maximum bet limit is exceeded while a bonus is active, that bet will be considered void and the bonus may be deducted.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zy999 platform:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Registering with false or fraudulent information.
- Conducting activities with the intent to abuse bonuses or promotions.
- Unauthorized access to another player's account or theft of account details.
- Using the platform for money laundering or other financial crimes.
- Hacking, exploiting bugs, or making unauthorized modifications to the platform's software.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
- Harassing, intimidating, or behaving inappropriately toward other members.
- Using a third party's funds or payment methods.
In the case of prohibited activities, zy999 reserves the right to immediately and permanently close the account and forfeit all balances. Law enforcement authorities may also be notified if necessary.
8 Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Account Closure by zy999
zy999 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Any violation of these Terms.
- Providing false or incomplete information.
- Suspicion of fraud or deception.
- The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
- Failure to verify age or identity.
8.2 Account Closure by Member
Any member may request account closure at any time via 24/7 live chat or support email. Any valid pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.
9 Limitation of Liability
zy999 accepts no liability in the following cases:
- Loss suffered by a player due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
- Loss arising from unauthorized third-party access to an account.
- Any financial loss resulting from the provision of incorrect information.
- Changes to or discontinuation of services due to legal changes.
- Indirect or consequential loss, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity.
In any circumstance, zy999's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the relevant transaction.
